Sag Harbor is a beautiful, historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ('the Hamptons'). In addition to picturesque scenery and classic New England architecture, Sag Harbor offers theater, restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, sailing, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more.
Forever Cottage is centrally located and is an easy 5-block walk to the village, bay beach and the Hampton Jitney bus stop. The ocean beach is a short drive away. The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in the home next door. Forever Cottage has its own private entrance, garden and parking space, with porch swing and picnic table outdoors - the perfect escape!

Rent is from $200-450 nightly, depending on the season, with a two night minimum (three night minimum for holiday weekends). Click here for detailed RATES information.

RESTRICTIONS & SPECIAL NOTES:
- 50% deposit required; 60 days notice cancellation policy (less $100 administration fee).
- Maximum
3 people. (Exceptions may be made for children)
- In high season, stays that encompass weekends must extend through Saturday night - no Saturday check-outs.
- NOT AVAILABLE FOR FULL SEASON RENTALS. We offer weekends and week-long rentals only.

No pets without specific owner agreement and substantial pet security deposit.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
